Problem
Planning ran off consolidated spreadsheets. By the time the forecast was agreed, the market had already moved past it.
Built
Power BI models with DAX measures over SAP HANA, refreshing against live sales, dispatch and stock positions.
Impact
Forecasting moved onto a live surface the commercial team reads directly — no rebuild, no version doubt.

MIS & ledger reporting, automated

Problem
The monthly MIS and ledger reconciliation was rebuilt by hand every cycle — and every hand-build was a fresh chance to be wrong.
Built
Python and macro pipelines that pull, reconcile and publish the whole reporting pack without manual assembly.
Impact
The cycle runs itself. Exceptions are the only thing people look at now.

Problem
Schemes for 15,000+ dealers across 16 zones were budgeted with no shared view of what any one of them actually returned.
Built
A national ROI and P&L model tying scheme spend to dealer-level contribution margin, velocity and profitability.
Impact
Underpinned the discount architecture that lifted return on sales from 9% to 15%.

Problem
Korean leadership needed one monthly read on India — not a stack of disconnected market notes arriving from four directions.
Built
A monthly dashboard tracking GDP, inflation, IIP, government policy and FTAs alongside the sales forecast, feeding the leadership strategy deck.
Impact
Macro context and sales outlook read side by side, on one page, every month.

Problem
Reporting workflows that consumed analyst hours without producing any analysis at the end of them.
Built
A macro automation layer collapsing the manual chain into a single step — delivered as an independent engagement, outside the day job.
Impact
The manual reporting steps came out of the workflow entirely.
